This enabled MITIE to own and showed a enormous amount of commitment from ICE.
The machinery training took place with for every store had been specified on the surveys initially carried out and, upon delivery not just the machine operator but all staff on the shift. This gave us the skilling of operatives we were looking for. A training certificate was received by every member of staff prior to contract start date.
